Much better than I thought. I came from a propane Grill where Cook with fire is great. This keep my juicy meat. Its like an oven but it's OK as well. by Gary Waters
Works fine but I wish it was hotter. It takes 20 minutes to heat to 550 degrees and you have to put the meat quickly in order to minimize the temp. drop when the lid is opened. by AMSarkela
